FAQ's... EARLY CHECK-IN OPTIONS Many flights land early in the morning at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. For this reason we offer a half-day add on, if the calendar permits, allowing you to arrive as early as 9am! Ask about that option when booking. If a guest is checking out the day of your arrival or if we have scheduled maintenance, the half-day option/early check-in won't be possible. LATE CHECKOUT Not Likely. Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, consider booking a half-day if our schedule permits. Let us know if you are interested in this option. IS THE POOL HEATED? No it is not at this time, though we do have the hot tub! Pool heat is not necessary to swim comfortably from April through September. LUGGAGE DROP OFF: Unavailable Our partner, Luggage Layover is a great option for this service!
