We had such a great stay here! The home is beautifully designed cozy, modern, and thoughtfully decorated with so many unique touches. The kitchen and living space felt open and welcoming, and the outdoor areas (especially the deck and hot tub) were perfect for relaxing in the trees. It was peaceful, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location in Pine is quiet and scenic, making it a perfect getaway spot. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time here! All amenities were as listed. The location was close to many activities that our family wanted to do. My girls loved the vanity station. It was so nice to not have to fight for pool chairs and instead walk in and out of our own space with our own pool. The beds were comfortable and the home was more than enough for my family of four. Hosts were quick to answer questions and were helpful when needed (only once). We would stay here again.

We had a great stay! The house was nice and spacious for all our guests, exactly as described in the description. The outside amenities were great, they had every game you could think of for all ages, helping keep everyone entertained! The inside amenities were also very nice, they definitely put thought into providing everything you would need on your trip! We would love to come back when we visit the area again!

We had an amazing stay—truly a 5-star experience. The home was incredibly well stocked with thoughtful amenities, making everything feel easy and comfortable. The location was perfect—about 15 minutes from everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

The house was in a great location and a short drive to all kinds of different activities. The backyard was our favorite part of the house. Our family had a great time and will definitely be back.

The Garden Party was a breath of fresh air! We booked it very last minute due to issues with a different Airbnb. Wendy and Justine got it ready within an hour! The response time, communication, and attention to detail were superb! 100% I will book this place again. It is decorated beautifully and with such vibrant colors. The artwork outside is impressive. The neighbor’s lemon tree even dropped a few lemons onto the property and they were so yummy. My husband found a local butcher for fresh steaks and crab legs. Just do it…go ahead and reserve the house. I promise you will not regret it.

We had a great time at Wendy’s place! It was one of the cleanest Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. It was spacious and very well designed. We were very comfortable as a group. The kitchen had so many different gadgets for use as well as plenty of plates/bowls/ cups etc. I would definitely recommend this to other travelers. Great proximity to the airport and downtown Phoenix. Walkable to some awesome coffee shops. 10/10

My family and I had a great time at Wendy's place. Even though it was about a 30 min drive each way to Sedona, it was worth the trips. I believe it was spring break, which was probably the reason for the traffic getting to, and getting around Sedona. We had an opportunity to hike a couple of days and go sightseeing seeing. Overall, we had a very relaxing experience. If you are looking for a laid back, quiet experience, with ducks swimming in the lake behind the gated home, then Cottonwood should be on your bucket list.
