CAMERAS: We have one camera on the exterior of our home for safety surveillance, in the back, facing the pool. FAQs... POOL HEATING/COOLING FEE Due to high utility costs of running the pool heater/cooler, we offer this amenity as an add-on in order to keep the cost of the accommodation lower for those who do not want it. Pool heating/cooling is $50/night OR $300/week + taxes and Airbnb fees. EARLY CHECK-IN OPTIONS We are at the mercy of the calendar! The only way to guarantee early check-in is by booking the night before. If you want to take a gamble, you can wait until 24 hours before check-in to see if our schedule allows for it. If a guest is checking out the day of your arrival or if we have scheduled maintenance, early check-in will not be possible. LATE CHECKOUT Not Likely. Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If you need to leave later in the day, consider booking an additional night, so you can leave at your leisure. LUGGAGE DROP OFF No. Our team needs this time to prepare the home uninterrupted. Upon booking, we can offer recommendations of where to leave your luggage while you wait. MAY BE APPROVED: Our concierge service, yoga instructors, massage therapists, personal chefs, bachelorette decorating services and photographers/videographers for private use. This house is the perfect base camp for a large family or friend's gathering. It is a bit out of town on the north but what it gives you in value, comfort and entertainment is worth the extra 5-10 minutes drive to places more central. Some things we were truly impressed by: 1. Gorgeously lit at night - very inviting 2. Backyard is amazing - so many delights around each corner - horseshoe pit, badminton net, ping pong table, corn hole area, fire pit area, pool area, shaded sofa area, dinner table area. it was bonkers nice. 3. Pool temp is fantastic even at halloween with cold nights 4. Love all the details like bedside USB’s and black washcloths for make up 5. Love the plants and watering system and style overall

12/10 would stay here again! Incredibly decorated home with a beautiful backyard. The kitchen was stocked with anything you can think of and we instantly felt right at home. Wendy gave excellent communication, always responding within 15 mins (even before booking!) and was very accommodating to our few requests. Book your stay here!
