CAMERAS: We have two cameras on the exterior of our home for video surveillance. One at the front of the house and one at the back of the home facing the pool. FAQ's... EARLY CHECK-IN OPTIONS We are at the mercy of the calendar! The only way to guarantee early check-in is by booking the night before. If you want to take a gamble, you can wait until 24 hours before check-in to see if our schedule allows it. If a guest is checking out the day of your arrival or if we have scheduled maintenance, early check-in won't be possible. LATE CHECKOUT Not Likely. Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure. LUGGAGE DROP OFF Our team needs this time to prepare the home uninterrupted. Upon booking, we can offer recommendations of where to leave your luggage while you wait. Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker? No. Third party bookings are prohibited. Please have the person who is staying book themselves. *POOL HEATING FEE Due to the high utility cost of running the pool heater, we offer this amenity as an add-on in order to keep the cost of the accommodation lower for those who do not want it. Doing so could be highly destructive and expensive! - No Loud Noises: No loud music or shouting...quiet time after 10:00pm. - No Parties or Events - No Pets - No confetti, glitter, rose petals or taping things to walls - Remove any celebratory decorations you might bring prior to checkout - Additional guests beyond the number in your booking are not permitted unless approved ahead of time... MAY BE APPROVED: Our concierge service, yoga instructors, massage therapists, personal chefs, bachelorette decorating services and photographers/videographers for private use. NOT ALLOWED: Cabana/Pool Boys, “hype men” and strippers are prohibited. This is the equivalent to a party and against Airbnb policy. This is a great house that worked perfectly for our group of 6. The layout is spacious and well-designed, and we particularly enjoyed having the pool. The entire property is very well-maintained, with everything in great working order. We appreciated the reliable AC system, which kept the house nice and cool throughout our stay. All the beds were comfortable, and the house came with plenty of amenities that made our stay easier. The property was clean and everything functioned as it should. This is a solid choice for families or groups looking for a comfortable place to stay, and is also conveniently located very close to Old Town. We'd definitely book again.
