Spread out and enjoy our newly remodeled 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home (sleeps 10 - 7 adults & 3 children) fully loaded with a heated pool, hot tub, pool loungers, seating area with gas fire pit, BBQ grill, pool table (new!), outdoor living room with TV, shuffleboard, games and more!

This is our vacation home and favorite getaway spot, so we know you'll feel the love when you stay here too! Our 4 bedroom, 2 bath property was recently renovated to make it the perfect relaxing getaway for your group of friends and family. While it sleeps 10 comfortably (7 adults & 3 children), per the city of Scottsdale we are only allowed to have up to 7 adults staying at the property. The modern open design is perfect for entertaining large groups and families. The living room features a large corner couch with 65 inch flat screen smart TV, as well as high speed Wi-Fi throughout the entire house. The kitchen has modern appliances, all the cookware/serve ware you need for entertaining a large group, and even a stocked coffee bar! The open dining room can seat 10 guests comfortably, and the game room features a new shuffleboard table with LED lights and another 60 inch flat screen smart TV. Guests will also have access to the washer/dryer. You’ll love our amazing outdoor living space to relax and spread out, with a heated pool with Baja shelf, 4 pool loungers, new hot tub (2023), outdoor living room with smart TV, gas BBQ grill, pool table, giant Jenga, fire pit with seating, outdoor dining table with umbrella and seating for 8, and even bean bag toss! Enjoy fresh lemons from the lemon tree in the backyard too! The perfect backyard for hosting fun poolside gatherings. Other things to note: This home is fully furnished and stocked with essentials to get you started on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough paper products to last for the duration of your stay. All of the bedding is brand new with luxury 1800 thread count sheets to let you rest in relaxation. We also feature black out shades, alarm clocks and sound machines in each room. *** No unannounced or unapproved visitors or vendors. >>> This includes No Cabana Boys, Hype Boys, Pool Boys, or Strippers! *** We provide a high chair and pack'n'play for anyone traveling with little ones, as well as 2 Queen size air mattresses. *** Due to COVID, we are taking extra precautions to ensure the cleanliness of our home through additional cleaning and disinfecting steps for the safety of our guests. *** While our home sleeps 10 comfortably (7 adults & 3 children), per the city of Scottsdale we are only allowed to have up to 7 adults staying at the property. We also provide the following extras for a fee: *** Flexible check-in anytime on your arrival day option (if available) *** Early check-in and late checkout (if available) *** Please note to keep the pool heated we ask our guests to put the pool cover on at night from November - April or you will lose the warm water. Pets Allowed with exceptions: *** Non-vicious breeds only *** We are dog owners and happy to welcome your well behaved four legged friend as well to our lovely home. We do ask that you make sure your dog is well behaved and that you clean up after them in the yard. There is an additional $100 non-refundable fee per dog and for any pet stays. (This does not cover extra cleaning, inside or out, after your pet) *** There is a pool service that comes to take care of the pool once or twice a week and could possibly show up during your stay. *** There is a landscaping company that comes every two weeks and could possibly show up during your stay. *** Please note that our home is in a residential area and we ask that our guests keep the noise down after 10pm. *** Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere on the property (including smoking e-cigarettes or “vaping”). At the discretion of management, if there is a reason to believe that the smoking policy has been violated, a $250 fee will be charged to the guest’s credit card. Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire property, front and back yard and the entire home. There is space for 1 car in the garage, 2 cars in the driveway, and any additional cars can park in front of the home. Please do not park in front of neighbors homes. We have a keyless entry system with a unique code provided to each of our guests prior to their stay.
