Customize your stay with some add-on services! - Stock the fridge prior to your arrival, no grocery store trip for you! - Margarita bar? G+T Bar? Bubble Bar? You name it! - Light decor for a Birthday, Bachelorette Party, etc - S'mores kits - Charcuterie, Snack Board CAMERA Nest camera located in front facing driveway and out back facing back patio for security reasons. There are no audio recording devices. SUPPLIES We'll get you started with items such as toilet paper, soap, detergent and cleaning supplies, however you will be responsible for purchasing additional, if needed. FAQ's... EARLY CHECK-IN OPTIONS Many flights land early in the morning at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. For this reason we offer a half-day add on, if the calendar permits, allowing you to arrive as early as 9am! Ask about that option when booking. If a guest is checking out the day of your arrival or if we have scheduled maintenance, the half-day option/early check-in won't be possible. LATE CHECKOUT Not Likely. Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, consider booking a half-day if our schedule permits. Let us know if you are interested in this option. IS THE POOL HEATED? No it is not at this time, though we do have the hot tub! Pool heat is not necessary to swim comfortably from April through September. LUGGAGE DROP OFF: Unavailable Our partner, Luggage Layover is a great option for this service! Can I book for a friend, family member, or co-worker? No. Third party bookings are prohibited. Please have the person who is staying book themselves. Guest Access
Guests have private access to the entire property, front and back yard and the entire home. There is space for 2 cars in the driveway (no garage) as well as ample free street parking. We have a keyless entry system with a unique code provided to each of our guests prior to their stay.
