Neighborhood

Our home is located in an urban neighborhood called the Coronado Historic District in Central Phoenix. It comes with an eclectic mix of homes! Lots of character in the cutest little homes. Downtown Phoenix is nearby, but you won't have to go outside the neighborhood to grab some coffee, lunch or to play on a nearby playground. Our neighborhood is walkable.

PARKING Our driveway can accommodate 2 cars, however, there is plenty of free on-street parking available.

Our home has easy access to I-17, I-10 and US-51 which will help you to get just about anywhere. Catch an Uber if you'd like. Phoenix also offers great bike rentals. You can also get to a convenient store, some restaurants and coffee shop by foot.
