***On the third Tuesday of each month, the community experiences a water shutoff from 9am-noon to allow for other owners to make plumbing repairs. HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING The A/C and Heating are seasonal and controlled by community management. The change from A/C to Heat usually takes place sometime in November and the switch from Heat to A/C is sometime in March (these dates are not set in stone). The home comes with ceiling fans and a small space heater, should guests need them. Each condo has its own thermostat so guests can control the temperature when the A/C and Heating are operating. SUPPLIES We'll get you started with items such as toilet paper, soap, detergent and cleaning supplies, however you will be responsible for purchasing additional, if needed. FAQ's... EARLY CHECK-IN OPTIONS We are at the mercy of the calendar! The only way to guarantee early check-in is by booking the night before. If you want to take a gamble, you can wait until 24 hours before check-in to see if our schedule allows it. If a guest is checking out the day of your arrival or if we have scheduled maintenance, early check-in will not be possible. LATE CHECKOUT Not Likely. Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure. LUGGAGE DROP OFF Our team needs this time to prepare the home uninterrupted. Upon booking, we can offer recommendations of where to leave your luggage while you wait. Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker? No. Third party bookings are prohibited. Please have the person who is staying book themselves. Is the pool heated?
