Within a short drive or a 15–25 minute walk you can reach Roosevelt Row arts district, local cafés, small grocery stores, and several parks and canal walking paths. Camelback High and neighborhood schools are nearby; the vibe is residential with easy access to downtown culture and events.

Most guests use a car — the neighborhood is very car‑friendly and has easy street access to arterial roads. Valley Metro buses run on nearby corridors and the Valley Metro Rail (light rail) on Central Ave provides a direct connection into downtown and Tempe (transfer to buses for some destinations). Rideshare services (Uber/Lyft), taxis, and local bike/scooter shares are widely available for short trips. Walking is reasonable for nearby cafés and Roosevelt Row, but groceries and larger errands are easiest by car.
