If you arrive in town on an early flight or depart later in the day, consider booking an additional day or making other arrangements. LUGGAGE DROP OFF It's me, Hi, I'm the problem, it's me! We want your first impression to be one in your Wildest Dreams! Luggage storage is not available. Our partner, Girl About Town (GAT) is a great option for this. POOL HEATING FEE Due to the high utility cost of running the pool heater/cooler, we offer this amenity as an add-on, in order to keep the cost of the accommodation lower for those who do not want it. Pool heating is $50/night for the duration of your stay OR $300/week + taxes and Airbnb fees. Hot tub use is included in your stay for no additional fee. - No third party bookings: The person booking must be staying at the house - Early check-in is likely not a possibility. Check on day of your arrival - No late checkout (checkout before 10am) - No luggage drop-off: Covid protocol prevents this as an option - NO SMOKING of any kind anywhere on property! No cigarettes, cannabis, vape, cigars. This includes the occasional cigarette one might have with alcohol. - Do not touch pool equipment or remove pool vacuum from pool! Doing so could be highly destructive and expensive! - No Loud Noises: No loud music or shouting...quiet time after 10:00pm. - No Parties or Events - No Pets - No confetti, glitter, rose petals or taping things to walls - Remove any celebratory decorations you might bring prior to checkout - Additional guests beyond the number in your booking are not permitted unless approved ahead of time... MAY BE APPROVED: Our concierge service, yoga instructors, massage therapists, personal chefs, bachelorette decorating services and photographers/videographers for private use. NOT ALLOWED: Cabana/Pool Boys, “hype men” and strippers are prohibited. This is the equivalent to a party and against Airbnb policy.
