Wendy's place was the perfect location to celebrate my bachelorette. The home is beautiful and spacious for a large group. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were enough bathrooms for everyone. All the best restaurants and bars in Scottsdale are just a short Uber away. Her house provides an elevated vibe and the heated pool was so enjoyable in January. My bachelorette was absolutely perfect thanks to Wendy. If you are looking to stay in Scottsdale, this is the place!

Had an amazing time staying here. It was exactly what we expected & conveniently located near old town and highways. Wendy was communicative and proactive. This Airbnb was perfect for a group of 9 in town for a bachelorette party. 10/10 recommend. No complaints.

Fantastic stay at the Agavita house! The backyard was a true paradise. The house was in an excellent location - easy to access everything we needed in Phoenix or Scottsdale but such a cute and quiet neighborhood. It was great for daily walks with my young grandchildren. A park with playground a mile away. Friendly neighbors too. Fun golfing nearby, the kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub. Can't wait to visit again!

Our stay was an absolute dream. Kera and her team were super helpful and proactive in making sure everything was perfect. The home has everything you need and more making our feel like home. Super clean and well stocked! We appreciated the amazing coffee station and book corner. Kids loved the outdoor pool and tv. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a small team retreat at this little oasis and are already talking about going back next year! Our stay was peaceful and really felt like we were in a Spa Resort all to ourselves. Any issues we had were quickly and proactively solved, always going above and beyond to ensure we were happy. The location was a quiet neighborhood with central access to the airport and everything you need within 15-20 minutes. Tip: If going in the winter and you want to use the pool, definitely pay extra for the heat.

We had a wonderful stay at Wendy’s place! The neighborhood was adorable and amazing and very quiet! We saw a herd of Elk that lives there every day on our way in or out! The actual house was a little smaller than we expected but with just two of us, it was actually perfect! The deck was absolutely amazing and huge, and very clean and hot tub and fire pit was easy to work. The only thing we weren’t crazy about was that the thermostat reset to about 50 degrees in the middle of the night every night so one of us woke super early and turned it back on/up so that it wasn’t freezing getting out of bed in the morning, not sure if its an issue with the thermostat or if its set like that, but something to be aware of if you’re staying in the winter months. Otherwise everything was as described and we loved being in the tiny little town, but driving distance from Phoenix, Sedona, and the Grand Canyon. Such a great location!

The CoroMODo is a wonderful home with a very nice outdoor area. It is maintained very well. The 4-bedroom home is spacious and well laid out. We enjoyed our morning coffee at the large island with the pool and sunrise right behind us. All the bedrooms are good sized, with the master suite being truly awesome. The kitchen has quality appliances and lots of cupboard space. There is plenty of dishes for indoor dining and outdoor dining, which is very nice to do in January! We enjoyed several meals out back cooking on the grill and eating under the pergola. The pool is nice, but it is chilly in January. That’s ok because we simply soaked our feet after our many walks. The Coronado district is a quiet area near downtown Phoenix. It is close to everything. We plan to stay at the CoroMODo again when we return to Phoenix.

We stayed at Scottsdale Sass for my bachelorette party and it was so perfect! The house and all the rooms were spacious and everyone felt very comfortable. We had a private chef come in and complimented how large and well stocked the kitchen was! The pool and hot tub were AMAZING, and the outside tv and couch was a great place for us to gather during the day. Overall, we loved it and didn’t want to leave! 10/10 would definitely stay again!
