Wendy was a wonderful host—responsive, proactive, and clear about the house rules, which made everything easy and stress-free. LOVED Staying for a week at the Duck Pond in Cottonwood. Super convenient spot. The ducks are a delight and fun to feed. I love the vibe of the place, it is so cute. There are TONS of thoughtful little details that we noticed during our stay. Absolutely love the Duck Pond & all of the Mostess properties I have gotten to stay at.

Our booking and stay were all seamless. Communication was always prompt and clear. Property was as described. All amenities were available. Location is A+ to all the downtown shopping, restaurants, bars and entertainment district. Also next to the canal trail for exercise. Great stay and would stay again.

Great indoor/outdoor space, good for a group (including kids). Location was nice — walkable to old town, good running options, easy access to airport and N Scottsdale. Really responsive to questions and addressed issues that came up effectively. Would stay again!

We spent the holiday at this unit and it is exactly what is described in the ad. The condo is nicely decorated and well appointed. It’s obvious the host takes pride in providing a great experience. The unit is very clean, everything works and the host has really thought of everything. The furniture is comfortable, the patio is really enjoyable and the kitchen has more than you will need. The property is well maintained and quiet. We travel a lot and this is one of the best Airbnb rentals we have ever experienced. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

The Duck Chalet was the highlight of our Christmas vacation to see my mother. The accommodations and surrounding area were fantastic for our party of 6. We woke up to sunrise with ducks on the pond and a beautifully designed interior. We particularly liked all the colorful glassware. We had easy access to downtown Cottonwood and Sedona, as well as the Tusigut National Monument which we highly recommend. There was plenty of parking and quite neighbors which is what we were looking for. By far one of the most well designed and interesting airbnbs we've ever stayed in. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was a perfect fit for our group of 8, including 6 20-something year olds. We were there over the holidays and spent time inside and out as a group. Everything is as described with plenty of room for everyone. We cooked big breakfasts and a holiday meal in the kitchen with ease. And the location is ideal for getting to all the various activities and very close to Kierland for a little shopping and eating out. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Scottsdale!

We had a lovely stay! Wendy and her team were very proactive communicators. We found the place and were able to check-in with ease. The house, while near others, still feels very secluded and quiet. We absolutely loved the deck and hot tub. It was so peaceful being able to sit out there and enjoy nature. We even saw some elk while sitting out there. The house itself is lovely and the kitchen is well stocked for anyone who plans on doing some cooking during their stay. Thank you Wendy and team for a great getaway!
