We have rented several units in this building as it is close to our family and also to grocery shopping and restaurants. This top floor unit was lovely and we enjoyed our time there. The kitchen was very well stocked and the bed was comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at Tulum in Scottsdale and couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. The location is ideal - an easy, gorgeous walk to Scottsdale Fashion Square and Old Town Scottsdale, and close to Sprout (if you need groceries). The home is beautiful, very clean, and thoughtfully designed, with simple, elegant décor that genuinely evokes Tulum, Mexico. The private backyard was a highlight, with a pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, and a hammock - perfect for relaxing day or evening. The kitchen was well equipped, with coffee, a Keurig, and all the basic essentials needed while on vacation. Everything in the home was spotless and well maintained. We also appreciated how safety-focused and clearly communicated the house rules were, especially for the pool. Checkout was refreshingly simple (trash out and lock up), and the host team was welcoming, responsive, and helpful. We’re already planning to stay here again next year!!

This location is beautiful! We had a company get together at the property, the home had all the amenities and games there for us to be able to enjoy ourselves there. Lots of kitchen utensils available to help from having to keep on making stops at different stores. Everything was well maintained and the heated pool was a dream for the winter time. Thank you very much for letting us get together at the property, would recommend to anyone!

Wendy’s place was great, we had a large group and it accommodated all of us very well. The backyard is nice with the grill, pool, and fire pit. The inside is nice and modern, with all the essentials you may need. Wendy was responsive and I would stay here again!

We loved this Airbnb! There was so much room for entertaining and the backyard was AMAZING. Kitchen was fully stocked, bedrooms were spacious and provided more than enough space for our 8 guests and there were endless options for entertainment from the games in the garage, the games in the backyard, the fire pit, the hottub and the heated pool. We did not even have enough time to explore it all! 10/10 would recommend and already trying to plan our next stay!

Enjoyed a weekend getaway for a girlfriend's 40th birthday party. The home itself is cozy, with lots of natural sunlight. The pool is COLD (I know it's winter), but is great for cold plunges. Hot tub was a plus. Perfect spot for 4-6 people. Might feel a little small for more than 6 people. Location was perfect, walking distance to Oldtown and Sprouts. The host was communicative and we had everything we need on site.

So glad we picked this beautiful house to stay in over the Thanksgiving Holiday and weekend, the house was nicely decorated and was so accommodating with everything we needed. The outdoor space was so amazing and plenty of time spent out there. Communication was top notch. We will definitely stay here again next time in Phoenix

This place is certainly something special. We called it our 'spa-cation' and took advantage of the pool, hot tub and saunas for a lovely couple days of relaxation. Fireplace was perfect for early mornings and evening quiet time. The space itself is beautiful and well designed, beds are super comfortable and showers are spacious and hot. The neighborhood was super quiet too, so slept like a baby. Would definitely recommend staying here for your next stay!

Stayed there for one night in late November. The house was already decorated with Christmas lights, it’s not mentioned in the pics so we were surprised when we got in the there, we liked it so much. Everything else was great as well just like other reviews. Definitely recommend it!
